Welcome to ProTask ("we", "our", or "us"). ProTask is a professional QA test management and automation platform. We collect only the necessary data required to deliver our test management and automation services:

Account & Profile Data: Email address, name, organization name, and authentication tokens (via Firebase Auth / Google SSO).
Test Management Data: Test suites, test cases, execution steps, dataset configurations, run results, and metadata you provide.
CI/CD & Automated Ingestion: JUnit XML payloads, branch names, commit SHAs, PR numbers, and timestamps submitted via API tokens.
Technical & Log Data: IP addresses, browser agent, request timestamps, and system performance metrics for security and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and maintain the ProTask platform, execution players, and analytics dashboards.
To enforce organization access control, user roles, and team workspace segregation.
To notify you about critical test run completions, system updates, and security alerts.
To diagnose software defects, optimize API performance, and prevent fraudulent abuse.

3. Data Storage & Security

All ProTask infrastructure utilizes industry-standard security protocols:

Encryption in Transit: TLS 1.3 / TLS 1.2 on all endpoints.
Encryption at Rest: AES-256 encryption for database volumes and secure token vaults.
Isolation: Strict logical separation across tenant organizations and project workspaces.
Access Control: Granular RBAC and scoped Personal API Tokens.
